First notes of fresh hay and almond give way in the mouth to a nice smoothness (butter) towards a very long tasting while recalling almond, artichoke and cut grass aromas. A good balance between bitterness and ardour, very pleasant with a long fresh feeling.
A first smell reminds us of cacao and walnut notes and brings us a flavour of olive paste aromas (tapenades), truffle and undergrowth notes, allowing us to taste an atypical oil in a limited edition.
