Coming from Marseille, tapenade underlie of the Provencal aperitif with a glass of rosé ! Aix&terra carefully selects its olives from local producers and in particular the tanche olive from Baronnies (Nyons), in the greater Provence region. Black Tapenade is the perfect combination of black olives, full of Provencal sunshine, pitted and finely chopped, with capers, anchovies (Roque) and Provencal herbs. The association of these ingredients allows us to have a sweet and rich taste at the same time.
