This whole grain parboiled Camargue rice is grown by Bonistalli family who operate these lands since 1962.
Pre-cooked rice with steam in order to make it unstoppable without chemical processes. It cooks in 10 minutes. No starch, so it is easier to cook and bake. Often used in paellas, sauces and pan recipes.
